Mesut Özdil is a DevOps engineer based in Germany and the Tech Lead of CNCF's TAG Infrastructure. He holds the CKA, CKS, and CDP certifications and was selected for Nebius Cloud's inaugural Fellowship cohort. His work spans Kubernetes infrastructure, GPU virtualization, and observability. He is a core contributor and maintainer of Project HAMi, a CNCF project bringing GPU sharing and overcommit protection to Kubernetes. He also contributes to other open source projects in the AI agent orchestration space. He speaks and writes regularly on Kubernetes and AI infrastructure, with work published on the CNCF and Buoyant blogs. He is also the author of "From Pods to Petaflops: Engineering Production AI and High Performance Computing on Kubernetes", published by Packt in November 2026.
